Khazar electric Company succeeded in manufacturing rendering cooker and dryer since 2001 with indirect heat transfer system . In this rendering cooker, protein compounds, fats and minerals and other useful properties in hatchery waste are preserved . The waste is cooked inside the machine with a completely uniform heat and moisture content reduced to 8 % and as result could be convert to powder and stored in bags. Due to this fact that protein, fat, minerals and other useful compounds are preserved in the obtained powder and all harmful microbes and fungi are eliminated during the cooking process, the final powder can be used in formula of layer, broiler and fish farming.
